A 23-year-old from the local area was given a jail term of 27 weeks, deferred for one year, after admitting to dangerous driving.
In addition, the judge imposed a one-year license suspension and mandated community service along with a behavioral course.

According to authorities, the recording was captured at an unauthorized automobile gathering in Portsmouth on 28 December 2024, showing the driver driving a distinctive colored vehicle.
